Crew on both flights was polite but not friendly. Food was not good. Duty free shop not working properly though i ordered a perfume with a sticker on my seat. Very disapointed.
Too many bugs in this app Also when registered the app is requesting you again and again at many steps the same details
It would be really good if this App could be further improved so that it can be useful! Check-in works somehow, but you never get a boarding pass! Neither through your email nor on your phone! So you are actually uncertain, whether you have checked in at all! The status alert dies not work either! You can only check-out on your flight but you will never get a SMS or email alert! Passbook of apple is not supported! Apple does not even recognize this App. Please bring urgently changes and improve upon that!!!!!
Check-in is extremely complicated and to manage your booking you have to... write a mail :) This is silly.

The app is great but needs major fix. Need to release a new version of this . Lack of quality assurance. Manual testers needed to test this app. 1 . When selecting method payment as Amex it is asking for zip code. Amex card has no zip code. Only CVV info is good. 2 . When selecting Canada region. The zip or Postal code for Canada is Alpha- Numeric. For example L9T 6P6 stands for Milton, Ontario. 3 . There are 2 field for state and Province. Do we type Ontario in State and write Ontario again in Province? Why 2 times ? 4 . Special Offers Tab and Contact Us Tab are not showing any information? System Error. Atleast the app is really good that it raised the standards of jet airways. Not even Emirates or Etihad has launched the passbook for apple which jet did. I will give a chance to fly with jet airways from toronto-brussels-mumbai , hows is it !!
Does not show bookings done on-line or thru an agent. Tried to book on-line from Canada and would not accept an alpha numeric postal code for credit card information even the address was Canada, insisted on a Zip. Needs a LOT of improvement in order to make or call this a good application like some of the other Airline apps are. UA application is by far the best.

Slow, crashes often.... Not that my phone or network is outdated. Saying the least... Frustrating!!!
I havent been able to get to the part where you actually look at flights. First you have to make the right guess on when they fly; get it wrong and you are back to the beginning. Perhaps, Jet Airways, you could show a calendar with the relevant flights on it so your customers arent just stabbing in the dark.

Don’t bother - it doesn’t do what you want. Most particularly you can’t see you reservations unless booked on the mobile app, and even more importantly can’t see your boarding pass - with Indian requirement for a boarding pass to enter the airport this is a MAJOR limitation - i.e. you still need to find someone with a working printer (my hotel’s printer is broken) to get into the airport. It doesn’t look like the developers looked at ANY of the decent airline apps when putting this together.
Booking is so fast, my first journey has became so easy. Good looking UI.
I cant even check flight status on line or with this app. Status not available is the only response. Totally worthless.
Need to improve and add passbook support as we dont get to add our tickets in passbook! We should also be able to redeem our JP miles from the app it self !

App worked with version 1.7. With latest upgrade to 1.8 on dec caused this app to totally fail and not load on iPhone. Just to give more info. I have iPhone 5s with iOS 8.1.2 (latest on the date of review)
The app is clumsy and not very well designed but it works. Mostly. You cant manage your bookings unless you make them with this app and I still cant figure out how to get my boarding passes into Passbook.
Youd think the standard for an airline app would be to mainly manage your booking. That feature didnt make it... Unless you booked a flight thru the mobile app forget it. Itll tell you to go to the website. Heaven forbid youd then want to manage the booking there because unless you paid the ticket without using a credit card, bank transfer, debit card or anything beyond a sacred cow forget it... You might then resort to the email listed, a black hole. Great vanity app, totally worthless in practice.
